Sinai Marketing (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) markets The Estate Albertsdal and operates https://theestate.co.za/ (the “Website”). We respect your privacy and process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”). By using the Website or giving us your details, you agree to this policy.

  • Information you give us: your name, surname, phone number, email address, and message when you complete our enquiry form, contact us on WhatsApp, or email or phone us.
  • Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you found the Website, through cookies and similar technologies.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and give you information about our homes
  • Arrange viewings and assist with the home-buying process
  • Send you updates and marketing about The Estate Albertsdal, where you have agreed or the law allows
  • Understand how the Website is used and improve it and our advertising
  • Keep records and comply with the law

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We keep enquiry information for 1 year after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.

10. Your rights

Under POPIA, you may:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and request access to it
  • Ask us to correct or delete your information
  • Object to us processing your information, including for marketing
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
